MoGo Part…er…Threx

Disappointing experience with MoGo service.  Not that they couldn’t help, or that my device was under warranty.  Just silence for weeks.

Kind of like a recent experience with HP, purchasing one of the PhotoSmart printers.

Lovely, great looking product. Works great – except for the WiFi connection and networking.  After 3 months of contacting their customer support to try to get a resolution, nothing.  I’m returning the product in favor of the much less sexy Epson, which works perfectly.

Contrast that with experiences with support techs from Sauce, Apple and other companies.  In many cases, I later found out the error was mine – but they were focused on Gitomer’s saying “Deliver Value First.”
