This week, we met up with Selby Nimrod, a startup community newcomer. Artgogo is a mobile platform that allows artists to share their work with the broader community. Pitching for the first time at last month’s LaunchHaven event, Selby took home first prize, which included a ticket to Startup Weekend Stamford. Green Life Guides, LLC’s mission is to connect consumers with the information and products they need to live healthier lives while decreasing their impact on the planet. The company focuses on major life-stage events (weddings, babies, home buying) and demonstrates that you do not have to sacrifice style or budget to go green. Green Life Guides is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to oversee and coordinate all daily operations and management of the editorial, marketing, and merchandising efforts across the company’s three websites.
